Job Description

We are looking for an Adobe Customer Solutions Account Executive to join our London team. In this pivotal role, you will drive the growth of Adobe's Professional Services by building strong client relationships and aligning consultancy, architecture, implementation, and onboarding services to client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Lead the Professional Services sales strategy for assigned accounts, including account planning, opportunity management, and accurate forecasting.
    • Negotiate and close consulting engagements that deliver measurable value through Adobe's digital marketing solutions.
    • Identify and cultivate new opportunities to maintain a strong and balanced sales pipeline.
  • Developing Client Relationships
    • Build and maintain deep relationships at both executive (C‐suite) and operational levels.
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and design tailored digital transformation strategies and be a trusted advisor for their Adobe Journey.
  • Collaboration & Coordination with Adobe Ecosystem
    • Work closely with cross‐functional teams, including Account Executives, Solution Architects, and Delivery Teams, to ensure seamless deal execution.
    • Develop customised proposals and lead the contracting process to meet both client and Adobe objectives.
  • Driving Customer Success
    • Partner with delivery teams to ensure projects achieve client goals and deliver exceptional outcomes.
    • Build long‐term client advocacy by highlighting the project successes to date and uncovering areas for further success to showcase Adobe's ongoing value to their business.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • A strategic mindset with a methodical approach to sales planning, pipeline management, and closing complex contracts.
  • Customer centric sales approach with a proven ability to identify and address client needs.
  • Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.

Experience

  • A demonstrated track record in building and maintaining client relationships, particularly at executive levels.
  • Experience navigating global procurement processes and driving strategic sales to achieve targets.
  • A solid understanding of digital marketing, CRM, e‐commerce, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in engagement management, project management, or consulting roles is beneficial.
