Adobe is seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Growth Specialist to support adoption and value realization of Adobe Acrobat Sign across an existing enterprise customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with existing enterprise customers through outbound outreach to identify business owners and define meaningful use cases for Adobe Acrobat Sign.
  • Drive activation, adoption and long‑term usage of the solution.
  • Identify and remove barriers preventing customers from fully utilizing Adobe Sign, turning business challenges into practical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong product knowledge across Adobe Acrobat Sign and related offerings.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of opportunities aligned to monthly, quarterly and annual objectives.
  • Partner closely with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance and Engineering) to support coordinated customer outcomes.
  • Support Customer Success Managers by unlocking accounts and identifying internal champions through targeted prospecting.
  • Develop clear account and territory strategies to achieve adoption and consumption goals.
  • Contribute to improved customer satisfaction and long‑term retention within assigned accounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in Enterprise or B2B sales.
  • Experience selling SaaS or cloud‑based technology solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a strong customer‑first mindset.
  • Demonstrated experience developing account or territory plans and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong customer acumen and the ability to assess customer environments, business priorities, technology strategies and competitive landscapes.
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Natural curiosity and a consultative approach to identifying customer value.
  • Strong prospecting skills, including experience identifying business owners and champions within large organisations.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross‑functional environment.
