We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant (EA) to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Global Head of Education Business and key stakeholders across multiple regions. This role is critical in enabling executive effectiveness by managing priorities, coordinating activities, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. The EA acts as a trusted partner, connector, and coordinator, helping leaders focus on strategic priorities and deliver business impact.
Role Summary
The Executive Assistant will manage complex schedules across regions, coordinate stakeholder interactions, and ensure high standards of organisation, communication, and execution. The Executive Assistant will work closely with the chief of staff to act as a trusted business partner to the Global Head of Education Business, helping drive organisational effectiveness, leadership coordination, and operational execution across a global stakeholder environment. This role requires strong judgement, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast‐paced and highly dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Leader support, travel planning and calendar management
- Manage complex calendars across multiple time zones
- Prioritise meetings and resolve scheduling conflicts to optimise executive time
- Assess meeting requests and make informed decisions on attendance, rescheduling, or delegation
- Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Experience handling highly confidential business information with professionalism and discretion
- Draft, review, and manage professional communications on behalf of the executive
- Build strong relationships and ensure effective coordination across stakeholders
- Meeting & Event Coordination
- Organise meetings, offsites, and leadership events
- Prepare agendas, materials, and briefing documents
- Capture actions and track follow‐ups to ensure delivery
- Operational Excellence & Administration
- Manage travel, expenses, and administrative processes
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation, and attention to detail
- Apply structured planning and prioritisation to ensure timely and high‐quality execution
- Business Rhythm & Execution Support
- Support execution of leadership cadence (e.g. team meetings, QBRs, leadership reviews)
- Track deliverables and ensure deadlines are met
- Provide coordination support for key business initiatives
- Onboarding & Integration Support
- Coordinate onboarding logistics for new hires and leaders
- Facilitate introductions and early connections
- Ensure a smooth and well‐organised onboarding experience
Flexibility to support occasional meetings outside standard working hours to accommodate global stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders (Senior Director level or above)
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgement, manage ambiguity, and interact confidently with senior executives and external stakeholders
- Strong organisational and time‐management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
