We're seeking a strategic operator to drive impact across Adobe's EMEA Partner business. As the EMEA Solution Partner Strategy and Operations Lead, you'll be the trusted strategic partner to our Senior Director, owning the GTM strategy and operational levers that drive Partner Created Pipeline and Bookings for the CXO business. Based in London, you will report directly to the Senior Manager for Global Solution Partner Strategy and Ops, and partner closely with the broader Solution Partner Programs & Sales Operations Teams located across the globe, to make a big impact quickly. This role requires someone who thinks strategically but executes tactically, balances rigor with speed, and has the credibility to influence at the executive level.

What You'll Do

  • Strategy & Growth
    • Own the GTM strategy for the EMEA Partner business—translate global objectives into region-specific plans that drive partner productivity and pipeline impact.
    • Identify gaps and growth opportunities in the partner ecosystem; develop and drive multi-quarter transformation initiatives.
    • Shape partner segmentation, positioning, and targeting strategies to optimize resource allocation and targets.
  • Operations & Program Design
    • Design and optimize partner GTM models, incentive structures, and programs that drive performance.
    • Establish governance frameworks—weekly reviews, QBRs, forecasting—that bring rigor and transparency to partner business.
    • Own business system improvements and dynamics/reporting enhancements; ensure partner requirements translate into capabilities.
    • Identify and scale innovative approaches to partner operations and performance management.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Serve as the subject matter expert on partner business and pipeline practices; influence adoption across regions.
    • Collaborate with global partner ops, sales ops, and other cross-functional teams to standardize processes where appropriate and ensure alignment on strategy and priorities.
    • Be the trusted strategic advisor to leadership on partner strategy and initiatives.
  • Analytics & Continuous Improvement
    • Use data and analytics to identify performance levers and drive prioritized action plans.
    • Own and enhance reporting tools; translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
    • Establish continuous improvement disciplines—testing, benchmarking, variance analysis—to evolve partner business sales excellence.
    • Build analytical business case for strategic decisions and investment.
  • Execution
    • Drive execution excellence on critical initiatives—handle both strategy and tactical problem-solving.
    • Manage end to end planning, partner segmentation, org design, partner pipeline health and performance metrics at scale.
    • Establish clear ownership and accountability; track progress and course-correct with agility.

Who You Are

  • Strategic operator with 8+ years in operations, sales strategy, GTM, or program management in technology/SaaS businesses. You excel at moving from strategy to execution.
  • Data-driven problem solver who uses analytics and structured thinking to uncover insights and drive decisions. You balance rigor with speed.
  • Leverage AI and automation to drive efficiency across partner operations, scaling team impact and shifting focus toward strategic, high-value work.
  • Influential cross-functional leader who thrives in matrixed environments. You build alignment across teams without direct authority. Senior leaders trust your judgment.
  • Program builder with a track record of designing, implementing, and scaling initiatives from conception to adoption. You know how to operationalize strategy and drive change.
  • Clear communicator who moves fluidly between big-picture narrative and data-backed detail. You influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborative and inclusive in your approach. You value diverse perspectives, listen more than you talk, and create an environment where people do their best work.
  • Resourceful and adaptable—you navigate ambiguity well and maintain focus on what matters most. You have a bias toward action.
