Responsibilities
- Speak "business", not "HR". Deeply understand the business and region to serve as a trusted advisor on organisational change, team effectiveness, and leadership development across EMEA.
- Be a trusted partner. Partner with HR Business Partners to support the execution of regional talent strategies.
- Engage globally. Cultivate positive relationships with global Talent Development, Business Partners, and business leaders by understanding business issues and translating them into people strategies with concrete, measurable impact.
- Be hands-on AND operate strategically. Craft and deliver development initiatives that incorporate a deep understanding of behavioural change and scalable solutions.
- Build and deliver innovative solutions. Using thought leadership, innovation, and influence, you will develop targeted solutions that align with Adobe's values and delivery methods, including e-learning, virtual, and live experiences.
- Drive global processes in the region. Support and contribute to the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs, and offerings.
- Be adaptable. Facilitate virtual, live, or blended enterprise programs to core audiences (managers, directors, individuals).
- Design and facilitate workshops, offsites, and planning sessions for regional business teams.
- Lead the way. Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools, and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness, including behavioural change, talent management, change leadership, and team effectiveness.
- Experience matters. Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience and a minimum of 8 years of relevant talent development experience; consulting experience will be highly regarded.
- Demonstrable track record. Impactful talent management and learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment.
- Depth and breadth. Human capital or leadership development advisory experience with a variety of organisations, teams, or leaders.
- Build relationships. Ability to establish relationships and partnerships across all levels of a global matrix, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skills.
- Exemplify Adobe's values. Commercial savvy. Great at grasping how a business operates, to inform decision making.
- Versatility working across cultures. Confidence collaborating with teams across EMEA, India, Asia Pacific, and the USA.
