We have a fantastic opportunity for an Enterprise Architecture (Pre Sales) Senior Manager to join our team based in London. This role will lead the Enterprise Architecture team to enable innovation and accelerate delivery. The mission is to design robust, scalable, and flexible systems delivering strategic business objectives and innovation. This includes Marketing, Sales, Legal, Commerce, Finance, Customer Support, Analytics and Employee Experience applications.
Provide vision for establishing and running a CoE practice that spans across the technology spectrum of business capabilities and solutions. Partner with team members to design a structured architecture supporting enterprise business capability and developing roadmaps that guide strategic enterprise initiatives in support of short, medium and long-term objectives. Deliver practical knowledge implementing AI/ML solutions, crafting scalable data architectures, and staying ahead of technology trends that impact business strategy.
Build processes to measure the performance and impact of the architecture team and ensure that the team is optimized to meet constantly evolving business needs. Translating business and technical requirements into coherent, consistent and complete architecture designs. Provide insight into impacts, constraints, risks and opportunities to support sales team's strategic planning.
Collaborate to build technical and architectural standards and governance across Adobe; provide technology direction, with a tight alignment between business & product strategy. Build actionable target and reference architectures for each step of the roadmap while adhering to enterprise principles, policies and standards. Watch and guide software architecture processes, decisions, and related forums to identify, evaluate, prototype key technologies, leading to an integrated, scalable, and efficient architecture.
Work with the solution consulting, ATS and partners to grow and maintain a comprehensive technical blueprint of the team's services, crafting solution options that align with business goals with consideration of technical and non-technical implications and trade-offs. In collaboration with the post sales team, set and articulate the technical vision and direction for multi-solution implementation. Conduct research and feasibility studies on new data technologies.
Consistent record in enterprise architecture, with experience operating in a business application environment; with 10+ years of Service Life Cycle/Software Development experience in large, sophisticated systems. Expert ability to communicate and lead execution of architecture vision across multi-functional technical and strategy teams. Strong executive presence with developing and being an outstanding partner with customers at both technical and executive level.
Demonstrate leadership - leading effective teams, mentoring and developing others, having strong peer relationships, and leading and driving innovations with new technologies. Knowledgeable of current application technologies: mobile, social media, analytics, artificial learning, machine language and business intelligence. Understanding of modern architecture patterns and solutions, including: Cloud-based architectures, (Micro)service architectures, Enterprise integration patterns, Data architecture for implementation of data lakes. Good interpersonal skills with ability to work in a multi-functional team environment with people at all levels in an organization.
