The Opportunity:

We are searching for a Senior Content Supply Chain Solution Consultant as part of the UK & Ireland pre-sales team.

As a Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to our customers. Understanding their business landscape and objectives, and demonstrating and articulating the value of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, will help them optimize and support their digital strategies and address their key business challenges. You will advise on digital change, helping clients utilize Adobe’s content supply chain solutions to grow their business.

The Solution Consultant will actively drive and manage the technology evaluation stage of the sales process, collaborating with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate. This role requires solution selling skills, value-proposition methodologies, strong business and sales instincts, and direct engagement with clients. The ability to articulate technology and solution positioning to both business and technical audiences is essential.

Successful Solution Consultants adopt a consultative approach and are perceived by clients as subject matter experts and trusted advisors. This role is ideal for professionals in the Content Management community looking to build on their track record with a renowned success story.

What we would like to see from you:

  • Inspire customers to choose Adobe’s Content Supply Chain portfolio (Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Workfront, and Adobe’s digital media technology) through product presentations and demos.
  • Understand customer requirements and collaborate with sales to develop strategies to close deals.
  • Respond to functional and technical aspects of RFIs/RFPs.
  • Represent Adobe at field events such as conferences and seminars.
  • Influence Adobe’s product roadmap by communicating customer needs to Product Management.
  • Support sales by answering solution-related questions via email and phone.
  • Champion industry news, trends, products, and competitors internally, staying informed about emerging technologies and product developments.

What You’ll Need To Succeed:

  • Strategic understanding of content as a service, content pipelines, content management, and omnichannel content delivery.
  • Proven expertise and track record in technical sales of Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, Managed Services, Headless and Hybrid Web Content Management, digital asset management solutions.
  • Experience with enterprise Web content management or Workflow management solutions; experience with AEM or Workfront is a plus.
  • Knowledge of digital experience trends, web analytics, and personalization technology is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, comfortable with large audiences and senior executives.
  • Familiarity with competitive products like SiteCore, Contentful, etc.
  • Strong knowledge of web technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and infrastructure technologies like Web servers, DNS, CDN.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with high productivity.
  • Creativity, integrity, self-motivation, and focus.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales processes and experience working within a matrixed team environment across various organizational functions.
