The Provisioning and Administration team needs an intern Product Manager to help define and deliver post-purchase experiences for Adobe’s enterprise, mid-market, government, and education solutions. This includes setting up and provisioning accounts for business customers.
As a leader, you will be at the forefront of understanding market needs and creating crucial platform capabilities for our B2B customers. You will work closely with innovative teams to drive Adobe’s growth! Your focus will be on improving personalization, testing, and optimizing user experiences after purchase. Your responsibilities include delivering platform capabilities, automating user experiences, and empowering customers to manage their organizations’ users, licenses, and Adobe product usage.
What you’ll do

Lead product vision and strategy, validating hypotheses, forecasting impact, and analyzing user feedback to evolve the roadmap.

Write detailed product specifications as epics and user stories that allow for efficient development and prioritization.

Own the collaboration with cross-functional teams, e.g. engineering, shared technology teams, project planning, and delivery of the user experience design.

Help the product team understand what sets apart a regular feature from one that delights customers.

Currently enrolled full time in Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science or other quantitative fields; or equivalent experience required.

Proven track record of working with others to advance sophisticated product initiatives and projects.

A collaborative, creative and business-friendly teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills, a great sense of humor and dedication to integrity.

Demonstrated ability to communicate with all levels of the organization.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with metrics and developing proposals driven by data.
