- Strong grounding in TOGAF principles and lifecycle-based architecture governance, applied pragmatically in complex enterprise environments.
- Broad understanding of digital marketing, data, and activation ecosystems.
- Ability to craft compelling narratives that translate architectural choices into business-relevant results and executive-ready messages.
- Experience operating as a trusted architectural advisor to senior executives.
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, and emerging agentic models, and their implications for enterprise platforms.
- Experience working closely with delivery teams, partners, and vendors to maintain build integrity.
- Ability to apply structured change and adoption approaches, including ADKAR, to support the human and organisational aspects of architectural evolution.
- Collaborative, outcome-focused leadership style with a relentless focus on value and adoption.
- Fluency in English is required; any other European language is a plus.
Responsibilities
- We assess and advance the architectural intent crafted during pre-sales.
- We provide architectural leadership across the full transformation lifecycle and guide platform adoption and evolution.
- We convert the success roadmap created during pre-sales into a comprehensive, managed transition plan with clear sequencing, decision points, and risk controls.
- We formulate robust, industry-specific architectural perspectives and translate them into target-state architecture, reference models, and phased implementation plans.
- We foster and maintain executive trust in architectural direction, serving as a strategic advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders.
- We collaborate with licensing and services sales teams to improve major sales initiatives.
- We coordinate architectural efforts among delivery teams, subject matter experts, and partners to ensure build integrity and alignment during execution.
