The OpportunityThe Sales Operations Manager, Education EMEA, is a key member of the Global Sales Strategy & Operations organisation. As the primary business lead for EMEA, you will drive operational excellence, provide business performance insights, ensure forecasting accuracy, and maintain execution rigour across the Education business.The ideal candidate is comfortable with influencing senior leaders, combining strong business insight, analytical capability, operational excellence, and customer management skills. They dedicate themselves to prioritizing activities that drive our business goals, spotting bottlenecks, and crafting repeatable processes. They also identify trends, provide the business with growth opportunities, challenge assumptions, and own the outcome through to completion.What you will do Own the operational rhythm and business performance management of the EMEA Education businessBe the strategic partner to Head of Sales, EMEA Education, providing insights, recommendations, and operational mentorshipDrive forecasting accuracy and accountability through robust pipeline inspection, data quality standards, and reporting governanceBuild scalable, repeatable processes that improve seller efficiency and drive business growthDeliver timely and accurate support while effectively partnering with Sales, Channel Sales, Finance, GTM, Enablement, Compensation, and other cross-functional teamsBalance multiple priorities and work streams while maintaining a high bar for execution, responsiveness, and owning the outcomeBusiness Partnership, Performance & ForecastingOwn weekly, monthly, and quarterly business outlook processes, from a rep level through to representing EMEA on global outlook calls, surfacing pipeline risks in advanceDeliver timely sales analytics, performance reporting, forecasting, and executive-ready narrativesIdentify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance gaps across pipeline, bookings, renewals, and customer segmentsSupport operating plan execution and track performance against quarterly and annual business goalsPipeline Excellence & Data HygieneEstablish and drive a culture of pipeline rigour through regular inspection cadences, governance processes, and seller accountabilityEnsure high levels of CRM and pipeline data quality, including opportunity accuracy, stage management, close dates, amount integrity, and next-step compliancePartner with sales leaders to improve forecasting rigour and increase confidence in business projectionsDevelop repeatable processes, allowing you to proactively identify pipeline risks, coverage gaps, and execution issuesProcess Improvement & ScaleBuild, implement, and continuously improve scalable operational processes that support business growthIdentify inefficiencies, remove manual work, and drive automation through Agentic AIBuild standard operating procedures and governance frameworks that improve consistency and execution across regions and teamsLead operational initiatives that improve visibility, accountability, and decision-making throughout the sales organisationPlanning & Operational Programme ManagementSupport territory planning, quota setting, compensation queries, and annual planning activitiesPartner with global and regional teams to align operational execution with strategic prioritiesDrive adoption of tools, systems, and operating rhythms that enable scalable business managementAnalytics & ReportingPartner with the Analytics team on the move onto one system, setting the reporting and forecasting requirements and driving commercial adoptionUse agents and automation to keep commercial data clean and surface risk, freeing time for analysis rather than adminAs our many awards will tell you, at Adobe you’ll be immersed in an exceptional work environment that is recognized around the world.
