The Opportunity

As a member of the Americas Sales Operations team within the GTM & Sales Organization you will collaborate with Sales and Sales Development Managers to implement and manage innovative go-to-market strategies, plans and programs that delight customers, drive growth in the corporate sales team, design and support quota planning, and identify trends and patterns to support reporting. Key focus areas will include performance measurement, program management, sales team operational support and reporting.

What you'll Do

  • Work directly with Sales Management to provide timely sales analytics including weekly pipeline analysis, forecasting, and sales results.
  • Help drive productivity through lead enrichment, pipeline management, and innovative analytics.
  • Continuous identification of opportunities for process improvement to drive efficiency and elimination of manual tasks.
  • Contribute to dashboard creation as well as identifying key sales metrics for display.
  • Capture best practices and implementation through knowledge sharing tools & collaboration.

What you need to succeed

  • 3+ years of relevant experience; sales operations experience is a plus.
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to partner with stakeholders from various parts of the business ecosystem.
  • Highly entrepreneurial and able to operate independently with minimum supervision.
  • Must have experience with MS Excel.
  • Proficient with CRM tools; Salesforce experience and Microsoft Dynamics a plus.
  • Comfort with visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Desirable but not Essential: Experience in a leading technology company; Experience with B2B software sales; Deep knowledge of the technology industry including direct-to-consumer and/or business-to-business models.
