The Opportunity
Join the Agentic Outcome Engineering team to help enterprise customers succeed with AI‑powered search and discovery. As an Agentic Outcome Engineer specializing in Adobe Brand Visibility (ABV), you’ll combine technical expertise, customer success skills, and AI development to drive brand consistency, site visibility, and customer sentiment. You’ll build tools, automations, and repeatable processes that make measurable outcomes achievable at scale. You’ll partner closely with customers to onboard, implement, and optimize ABV, resolving technical challenges, accelerating adoption, and enabling durable, data‑driven improvements across digital experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Customer Collaboration & Optimization
- Apply Adobe Brand Visibility recommendations to improve brand consistency, visibility, and content quality.
- Translate insights into concrete changes to content, metadata, and digital experiences.
- Build tools and automations that streamline ingestion, onboarding, and application of ABV outputs.
- AI Agent & System Development
- Design and refine intelligent agents that support the ABV lifecycle (e.g., content evaluators, metadata generators, QA agents).
- Integrate ABV‑powered agents with AEM, AEP, and customer systems via APIs and data pipelines.
- Implement safety and quality guardrails, fallback logic, and human‑in‑the‑loop workflows.
- Technical Implementation & Delivery
- Lead technical integration of ABV, including data mapping, workflow configuration, and resolving challenges.
- Provide hands‑on support through setup, validation, optimization execution, and performance monitoring.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to marketing, engineering, and executive partners.
- Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define success metrics across visibility, consistency, CSAT, content quality, and task completion.
- Run experiments, analyze impact, and iterate based on performance data.
- Identify edge cases and optimization opportunities across customer workflows.
What You’ll Need
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Strong engineering skills with Python, JavaScript/Node, TypeScript, or similar languages.
- Strong SEO / GEO / content delivery systems experience.
- Experience with LLM‑based applications, AI agents, RAG systems, or workflow automation.
- Ability to interpret ABV insights and translate them into actionable optimizations.
- Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
- Preferred: Experience with AEM, Adobe Experience Platform, or Adobe Experience Cloud.
