We’re searching for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our team and look after strategic enterprise accounts.

What you'll Do:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, understanding their business landscape and objectives.
  • Demonstrate and articulate the value of Adobe solutions and how they optimise and support digital strategies.
  • Provide advice on digital change, helping customers exploit the Adobe Experience Cloud.
  • Collaborate with and support our Sales organisation, working closely with Technical, Consulting and Customer Success teams.

  • A strong understanding of digital marketing and emerging trends like Agentic AI.
  • Ability to identify critical business issues and provide solution approaches.
  • Exceptional presentation and conversational skills.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior client stakeholders to uncover strategic business objectives.
  • Expertise in leading complex sales plays from discovery to tech win.
  • Experience in building and communicating use cases and value propositions.
  • Strong demonstration and value-selling experience.
  • Self-motivated with a strong aim to succeed in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain an understanding of competitors and their solutions.
  • Develop and maintain authoritative understanding of digital technologies and marketing trends.
  • Participate and lead in customer workshops and presentations.

  • A good understanding of digital technologies (e.g., web, mobile, CRM).
  • Must be self-managed, adaptable and dedicated to customer success.
  • Experience in a technical pre-sales, consulting, or digital marketing environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, presentation, and communication skills.
