As we continue our transformation journey, we are looking for an experienced Head of People & Culture to help shape the next chapter of Adnams.
The Role
This is a high-impact leadership role reporting to the CEO, initially on a 12 month fixed term contract.
Over the next 12 months, you will lead the people agenda through a period of significant organisational change, helping us evolve and build the culture, leadership capability and organisational effectiveness needed to deliver our new vision and strategy.
Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team, you will bring experience, judgement and credibility to support leaders through change, strengthen organisational capability and ensure our people processes enable stronger business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the people aspects of organisational transformation and change.
- Partner with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to evolve our culture and ways of working.
- Coach and support leaders to maximise their effectiveness and team performance.
- Develop and deliver people strategies that support engagement, capability and succession.
- Ensure the HR function provides commercially focused, high-quality support to the business.
- Use people data and insight to drive better decision-making.
- Maintain strong governance, compliance and employment practice across the organisation, which would include all Health & Safety aspects.
- Lead and develop the HR team.
- Lead on complex employee relations casework
