What are we looking for in our Front of House Assistants:

  • As part of our team you will work in either our 2 Rosette restaurant or bar area and will happily meet and greet our customers with a smile.
  • Be enthusiastic, energetic and be committed to delivering fabulous customer experiences every time, creating memorable moments for our lovely customers during their visit with us.
  • Have a passion for hospitality.
  • Be confident taking orders and serving food and drinks whilst liaising with the kitchen teams to ensure a smooth service.
  • Set and clean tables and service areas.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a hard-working team player that can use their own initiative and work well under pressure and enjoys working with people.
  • Have some previous pub, restaurant, or hotel experience but what is important is that you have a friendly welcoming manner and enjoy engaging with our customers as we will provide you with all the training you need to get you up to speed with how we like things done.

The Swan operates 7 days a week so flexibility is required to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings and weekends.

Pay rates:

  • 21+ = £12.71 per hour
  • 18 - 20's = £12.27 per hour
  • Under 18's = £10.27 per hour
