What are we looking for? We are looking for a candidate who is enthusiastic and interested in supporting the cleanliness and efficiency of a professional kitchen. As a pivotal member of the Kitchen team, you will work independently, enjoy working in a bustling fast‑paced environment and will adhere to health and safety regulations. Assist in providing a food offering by helping with vegetable preparation to the highest standards and consistently. Ensure the kitchen working environment, pot‑wash area and all practices meet our 5‑star hygiene rating. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast‑paced environment, work well in a team, be a good communicator and have a true passion for hospitality. Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.
