Location: The Sole Bay is nestled in the corner of East Green, tucked right underneath the iconic Southwold lighthouse and overlooks our Brewery and Distillery. A perfect location with only the beach a minutes' walk away. We serve a seaside inspired menu with lots of local seafood and pub classics and showcase an array of cask beers, kegged and bottled beers.

What are we looking for?

As a pivotal member of the Kitchen team, you will be able to work on your own, be happy to work in a bustling fast paced environment and be able to adhere to health and safety regulations. To assist in providing a food offering by helping with vegetable preparation to the highest standards and consistently. Ensure the kitchen working environment, pot wash area and all practices meet our 5-star hygiene rating. The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a fast-paced environment, work well in a team, be a good communicator and have a true passion for hospitality. Flexibility required to cover a variety of shifts per week including bank holidays and weekends.

Pay rates:

  • 21+ = £12.71 per hour
  • 18-20's = £12.27 per hour
  • Under 18's = £10.27 per hour
