As Publisher Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of UK publisher accounts while working closely with the Director of Partnerships to execute Adnami’s UK growth strategy. This is a commercially focused role combining hands-on account management, new partner acquisition, and performance optimisation. You will take day-to-day ownership of publisher relationships and monetisation outcomes, while supporting the Director of Partnerships on strategic planning, priority accounts, and market expansion initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own the day-to-day management and performance of assigned UK publisher accounts, in close collaboration with the Director of Partnerships.
  • Support the execution of the UK publisher growth strategy, including priority partnerships and strategic initiatives.
  • Drive revenue growth through yield optimisation, format adoption, and expanded campaign activation across existing accounts.
  • Identify, pitch, and onboard new publisher partnerships, supporting the Director of Partnerships on larger or strategic deals.
  • Prepare performance analysis, insights, and recommendations to inform commercial and strategic decision-making.
  • Act as a subject-matter expert on high-impact formats, attention metrics, and programmatic activation.
  • Resolve client issues efficiently, escalating where appropriate and implementing preventative improvements.
  • Contribute to the development of scalable account management processes as the UK business grows.

About you

  • You have 2+ years’ experience in sales or account management within digital media, AdTech, or a publisher environment.
  • You understand the programmatic advertising ecosystem and how publishers monetize inventory in practice - not just in theory.
  • You are commercially driven, data-literate, and comfortable being accountable for revenue outcomes.
  • You communicate clearly and confidently with senior publisher stakeholders and internal teams.
  • You can manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-moving environment without dropping standards.
  • Experience at an AdTech vendor or publisher is a strong advantage.

  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides.
  • London-based or able to commute regularly.
