Your Experience

You are an inspirational, operations led manager and trainer with a track record of leading your managers and team members, delivering quality food service operations and consistently exceeding your business metrics. You are passionate, a brand advocate, and have experience working with franchisees or franchise led environments. You ensure your team is knowledgeable and positive when delivering the team values and a quality focused customer service. As a consummate coach and leader, you drive individual high performance and develop people through regular one to ones and training sessions. You possess excellent listening, writing, communication, and people skills enabling you to capitalise on your commercial flair.

Day to day

  • Delivering training sessions and supporting, coaching, and managing your teams to go above and beyond the business metrics.
  • Implementing and maintaining brand standards, operational management processes, and delivering best practice to a diverse group of managers and operators.
  • Planning, coordinating, training, and delivering on projects and central operations led initiatives that will benefit all stores to maximise sales and profit.

Your time will be split between working in the office and occasional international travel.
