Your experience:
- Proven experience in managing fast paced big box retail, warehouse or fleet operations in a consumer focused environment.
- Confident decision maker who can operate under time pressures.
- Strong leader with the ability to manage through others, plan, deliver and hold people accountable for their deliverables.
- Experience in delivering all commercial KPI’s, focusing on the customer, leading from the front and achieving volume, accuracy and customer targets.
