We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven General Manager to oversee a large Hotel in Lowestoft. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader who thrives on leading high-performing teams, driving performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences at scale.
About you
- You are an established hotel leader with a strong background in Operations and have a proven track record of leading Managers, improving operational standards and consistently delivering against financial targets and KPIs.
- You are highly commercial, with a deep understanding of rooms revenue, top class service and cost control.
- You know how to balance guest experience with profitability and can identify opportunities to drive growth.
- A natural leader and coach, you enjoy developing talent, building strong leadership teams and creating a culture of accountability and engagement.
- You are hands-on when needed, but confident empowering your teams to deliver results.
You will focus on delivering strong commercial results, improving operational efficiencies and ensuring brand standards are consistently exceeded.
