- Within the hospitality or leisure sector, you will currently be in a similar training led role with full end to end responsibility for training needs analysis, designing and packaging the training tools and delivering training to end users.
- You get into the nitty gritty detail with an operator’s mindset and speak their language.
- You understand and can engage with a broad range of stakeholders, see their point of view, explain the benefits of changing ways and then deliver tailored training to help them improve their performance.
- Experience of working within a strong brand with a broad UK and possibly international presence would be beneficial.
Day to day
- Where are the performance gaps across the UK and in some of the other countries that this client operates in?
- Day to day you will be on the ground at the coal face identifying the training issues and assessing the training needs.
- The next stage will involve you designing, creating and packaging the training material required to give the operators the ‘tools’ needed to close these performance gaps.
- Followed of course, by being back on the ground, delivering, rolling out and embedding the training with the operators.
