We’re partnering with a high-growth business looking to appoint a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and evolve their customer acquisition strategy across multiple international markets. What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning the paid media and performance marketing strategy across multiple regions and languages
- Leading campaign strategy, optimisation and budget allocation across all paid channels
- Driving customer acquisition, conversion and lifetime value through integrated paid media and CRM strategies
- Managing significant digital media budgets with full accountability for ROI and performance KPIs
- Identifying and testing new channels, formats, creative approaches and growth opportunities
- Leading SEO strategy to maximise search visibility and organic performance
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in a senior performance marketing / paid media role
- Deep hands-on expertise across major paid digital platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, AEO and digital content optimisation
