We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Deputy General Manager to help oversee a large Hotel in London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior leader who thrives on leading high-performing teams, driving performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences at scale.

About you

You are an established hotel leader with a strong background in

Operations and have a proven track record of leading Managers, improving operational standards and consistently delivering against financial targets and KPIs.

You are highly commercial, with a deep understanding of rooms revenue, top class service

and cost control. You know how to balance guest experience with profitability and can identify opportunities to drive growth.

A natural leader and coach, you enjoy developing talent, building strong leadership teams and creating a culture of accountability and engagement. You are hands-on when needed, but confident empowering your teams to deliver results.

You will focus on delivering strong commercial results, improving operational efficiencies and ensuring brand standards are consistently exceeded.

From budgeting and forecasting through to people development and guest experience, you will play a key role in shaping the success of the region.
