We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead digital activity across our growing hospitality brand. This is a hands-on role focused on driving growth through smart, creative and commercially led digital marketing.
You will take ownership of SEO, paid advertising, email marketing and social media, shaping how our brands appear online and ensuring digital activity supports sales, engagement and brand awareness. Working closely with the Marketing team, you will plan and deliver email campaigns, manage paid social activity, and collaborate with our SEO and Guest Wi-Fi partners to improve performance and customer loyalty.
Content creation sits at the heart of the role. You will create engaging social media content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, including filming and editing video. You will also manage day-to-day social engagement, produce the Proper Pubs operator newsletter, and use insight and analytics to continually optimise results.
To succeed, you will have experience in a digital marketing role, ideally within hospitality or a multi-site environment. You will be confident using Meta Business Suite, Google Ads and a CRM platform, with strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset. You will be self-motivated, organised and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
This is a home-based role with occasional travel to Head Office & sites.
If you are a digital marketer who enjoys blending creativity with performance and wants to make a visible impact, we would love to hear from you.
