We're partnering with a high-growth business looking to appoint a Performance Marketing Manager to lead and evolve their customer acquisition strategy across multiple international markets. What You'll Be Doing

  • Owning the paid media and performance marketing strategy across multiple regions and languages
  • Leading campaign strategy, optimisation and budget allocation across all paid channels
  • Driving customer acquisition, conversion and lifetime value through integrated paid media and CRM strategies
  • Managing significant digital media budgets with full accountability for ROI and performance KPIs
  • Identifying and testing new channels, formats, creative approaches and growth opportunities
  • Leading SEO strategy to maximise search visibility and organic performance

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in a senior performance marketing / paid media role
  • Deep hands-on expertise across major paid digital platforms
  • Strong understanding of SEO, AEO and digital content optimisation
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering ROI-led growth
