Are you an experienced operator with a demonstrable track record in Central Operations? Do you look to create efficiencies and value, whether that be implementing new systems and processes or providing operational support? Are you delivery focused, able to help develop the strategy, commitment to tactical delivery and make things happen?

This is a very broad role driving strategy and providing operational support to the estate. You will manage and assume responsibility for the central operations and projects functions. You will be instrumental in devising and implementing processes and procedures which achieve both organisational efficiency and customer experience. You will compile data and analyse on the performance of key measures to present to key stakeholders and support and deliver operational projects.

You have:

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bring various parts of the business together.
  • A track record of project management and being a key member of multi-functional projects.
  • Adept at coaching and developing skills with a demonstrable track record of producing results.
  • A flexible and can-do attitude and experience in delivering change.
