Are you an experienced Area Manager from a Managed pub background? I am partnering with a growing pub business seeking a commercially driven leader who knows how to get the best from General Managers. You will be confident coaching and developing high performing teams, identifying opportunities to grow sales and profit, and leading with a clear and adaptable leadership style.

Lead multi site pub teams within branded pubs:

  • Brings strong commercial judgement and a track record of improving site performance
  • Has supported estate growth, including new site openings, within a fast paced hospitality, retail or leisure brand
  • Day to day, you will be in your pubs, working closely with your GMs to drive standards, execution and commercial results.
