Are you an experienced Area Manager from a Managed pub background? If so, this could be a great next step. I am partnering with a growing pub business seeking a commercially driven leader who knows how to get the best from General Managers.

You will be confident coaching and developing high performing teams, identifying opportunities to grow sales and profit, and leading with a clear and adaptable leadership style. This role is great for someone who wants to:

  • Lead multi site pub teams within branded pubs
  • Bring strong commercial judgement and a track record of improving site performance
  • Support estate growth, including new site openings, within a fast paced hospitality, retail or leisure brand
  • Lead from the front and build genuine, people focused relationships

Day to day, you will be in your pubs, working closely with your GMs to drive standards, execution and commercial results. You will share best practice across the estate, partner with property on new opportunities and play a key role in successful openings. This is a visible, high impact role within a supportive and ambitious business.
