Your experience:

  • Within the retail sector, you will currently be managing a store and leading a team within retail telecoms, storage, furniture, homewares or the leisure sector from gyms, hotels or coffee shops with the main focus of providing sales through delivering exemplify best practice customer focused proposition.
  • With responsibility for the leadership, success and development of your team, you will demonstrate a leadership style ensuring that your team’s personal development is essential to everything that you do.
  • You operate effectively in complex situations through engaging and inspiring those around you to follow and 'join' the journey.
  • You will have a demonstrable track record delivering sales and great service against a suite of KPI's at management level within customer focused retail environments.
