I'm working with a large multi-site hospitality business that's hiring a Head of Facilities Management to lead the optimisation of their CAFM system and PPM compliance across their estate. It's a hybrid role within a genuinely supportive and people-focused culture. It's ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a real impact in a fast-paced environment.
It's a strategic role with real ownership. You'd be driving system improvement, supplier performance and data-led decision making, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance and Risk.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the design, rollout and optimisation of a CAFM system across a large operational estate
- Owning PPM compliance and governance through a key FM provider
- Driving data-led insight to improve asset performance, reduce cost variability and strengthen operational resilience
- Partnering with senior stakeholders across Operations, Finance, IT, Risk and Compliance to deliver measurable commercial impact
- Managing complex, multi-phase change programmes and ensuring consistent adoption across geographically dispersed teams
- Acting as the single point of accountability for FM projects, delivered on time, within budget and at scale
