- Have scaled a business and delivered multiple new store openings within a dynamic fast moving hospitality brand
Day to day
You will spend your time in London in your sites with your team of area managers, leading, coaching and developing them. Constantly communicating and spreading best practice you will be overseeing standards and delivering the quality of product and execution of the operation that our client is known for by its customers. Any given day will see you looking at new sites with the property team, handing over keys to a new store opening and constantly striving to deliver for your team and offer a great product to your customers.
