Are you an experienced operator with leadership experience from a managed pub or restaurant background? If so, this could be an exciting opportunity to step into a Head of Operations role with a growing hospitality business.
I am partnering with a growing pubs and restaurants group looking to appoint a commercially focused leader of people to oversee and develop a multi site estate. You will play a key role in providing performance through your Operations Managers and General Managers, ensuring my client continues to grow while maintaining standards across the estate.
You are someone who:
- Has experience leading multi site pub or restaurant operations within a managed, branded or mixed estate
- Brings demonstrable commercial judgement and a track record of improving sales, profit and operational standards
- Has supported estate growth, acquisitions or new openings within a fast paced hospitality, retail or leisure business
- Leads through people, has demonstrable track record of building high performing teams and developing future operators
Day to day, you will work closely with your operations team and General Managers to create performance, share best practice and deliver consistent guest experiences across the estate. You will also partner with the wider leadership team on growth strategy, new site openings and long term operational planning.
