- You are a delivery and operations expert who knows how to develop scale and optimise last-mile networks.
- Using your sharp analytical skills and data motivated mindset, you are equally comfortable designing strategy, removing bottle necks, managing 3rd parties, managing multiple projects and when needed getting involved in busy restaurants.
- You will have been in high growth environments such as a 3rd party aggregator or you will have been corporate side managing a company owned fleet and have experience of being an account manager dealing with the 3rd party aggregators, as a stakeholder.
- You will have a track record of solving complicated delivery challenges and are looking for that next challenge and next step in your career with a company that is growing at pace and is looking to bring in talent that will excel in their environment
- Day to Day
- You will be:-
- Developing and scaling our clients owned delivery network across the UK
- Analysing and reporting on speed, accuracy, availability and customer satisfaction metrics
- Developing delivery SOPs, playbooks, and operational standards for all restaurants.
- Manage relationships with courier partners, fleet providers, and delivery tech platforms.
- Analyse delivery data to spot problems, unlock opportunities, and achieve improvements.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Tech, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
- Produce cost efficiency and margin improvement across all delivery channels.
