We are working with a successful and growing business within the Retail and Hospitality sector who are looking for a Business Systems Manager to take responsibility for the systems that support their operational estate. You will sit at the heart of the operation, acting as the link between operational teams, internal stakeholders and external technology suppliers. The business uses a wide range of operational systems, from internal systems through to CRM through to access control, CCTV and everything in between.

You will be responsible for understanding how these systems work within the operation, identifying opportunities to simplify, automate or improve processes, and then working with suppliers and internal teams to make those improvements happen. This will include supporting new system implementations, coordinating testing and go-live, resolving issues and creating user guides.

The role will suit someone who combines a good technical understanding with strong operational and people skills.
