Base pay range

Salary to £110,000 + excellent package

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Group IT Director to join the leadership team of this brilliant and successful retail business. The Group IT Director, whilst managing all aspects of technology across the business, will have a strong focus on both existing and new applications that focus on improved operational execution and user satisfaction. You will ensure seamless daily tech operations and facilitate data-driven decision-making for operational efficiency.

Collaboration with senior stakeholders will be key to this role to truly gain an in-depth understanding of the company’s objectives and challenges and how tech can support this. You will oversee the transformation and effective delivery of the technology stack and vendor partnerships with a focus on horizon requirements. You will identify innovation opportunities and support activities on emerging technology to provide opportunities across shared technology platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the transformation of the business approach to technology, overseeing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

An experienced technology leader, you will demonstrate a strong track record in developing and growing high performance teams. You will ideally have had experience in a retail, hospitality or manufacturing environment and will have proven experience of transforming a technology team and are motivated by change and challenge.
