Our Client is a fast growing business who are currently recruiting for an Area Manager. The business is growing and in order to keep driving this growth, they are seeking an individual who can drive the strategy and get things done! This is a highly autonomous role in a high performance but supportive culture.
As Area Manager you will be accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of businesses across the region. You will also:
- Ensure you have a robust succession plan in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities arise.
- Have responsibility for managing the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of Service compliance and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded, putting the customer at the heart of everything.
- Demonstrate an inspirational leadership style to your team of Managers ensuring that they receive clear direction and performance management within a culture of coaching and mentoring.
What qualities will you need for this role? As an adept networker you will be able to demonstrate how you have engaged multiple stakeholders to ensure corporate goals are achieved. You will have a proven track record in an Area Manager level position – experience of managing a team within one of the aforementioned sectors. With an inspirational leadership style, you will be a strong communicator and a skilled people manager and be adept at succession planning and performance management.
