We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Deputy General Manager to lead a busy hospitality operation with a strong focus on guest experience, food & beverage, team development and commercial performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused hospitality leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service standards across every area of the business.

About you

You are an experienced Deputy General Manager with a proven track record of leading large teams, developing managers and driving operational excellence within a quality hospitality environment. You are commercially aware, highly organised and confident managing all aspects of a hotel operation including rooms, food & beverage, guest satisfaction, labour control and financial performance. You lead from the front, create positive team cultures and are passionate about coaching and developing people to reach their full potential.

The role

You will take full ownership of the hotel operation, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while delivering strong commercial results across all departments. You will be responsible for driving standards, building high-performing teams and creating a culture focused on hospitality, engagement and continuous improvement.
