Our client is looking for an experienced General Manager who has experience in running energised restaurants offering quality food in a fast casual experience.

As General Manager, you will need to develop and manage the relationships with your team. If you have lots of passion, energy and achievement and are someone who can engage with your teams, offer coaching and support and develop us through our people.

You will have full accountability for the P&L in your area, providing support and guidance to your managers to maximise profit and opportunities.

You will manage the performance of your team to deliver the highest brand standards and customer service in a fast-paced environment, delivering operational excellence in everything you do both externally and internally.
