Are you ready to take ownership of global digital growth for an ambitious international consumer brand? We’re partnering with a high-growth business looking to appoint a Head of Performance Marketing to lead and evolve their customer acquisition strategy across multiple international markets.
This is a high-impact role for a commercially minded performance marketing leader who thrives on driving measurable growth, scaling acquisition channels and using data to unlock performance.
- Owning the paid media and performance marketing strategy across multiple regions and languages
- Driving customer acquisition, conversion and lifetime value through integrated paid media and CRM strategies
- Managing significant digital media budgets with full accountability for ROI and performance KPIs
- Identifying and testing new channels, formats, creative approaches and growth opportunities
- Leading SEO strategy to maximise search visibility and organic performance
Proven success in a senior performance marketing / paid media role. Deep hands-on expertise across major paid digital platforms. Strong understanding of SEO, AEO and digital content optimisation. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into action.
