We are looking for an experienced and motivated General Manager to guide multiple restaurant & bar operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

About you

  • You are an experienced hospitality leader with a demonstrable track record managing managers and leading large, diverse teams.

You consistently deliver high-quality food and beverage offerings while exceeding commercial targets and operational KPIs.

Passionate, self-motivated and positive, you deliver by example and ensure your teams are equally engaged, knowledgeable and aligned to demonstrable service values.

  • You are a natural mentor who enjoys developing people through clear objectives, regular one-to-ones and structured training.

You are now looking for your next step, managing managers across multiple venues and continuing to grow your leadership career.

The role

  • You will take full ownership of a busy, multi-site operation, leading teams to deliver outstanding results across all venues.

You will have the autonomy to run the business while being fully supported with the tools, training and backing needed to succeed.

  • You will be responsible for producing performance across all areas, including labour control, cost management and service standards.
