We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Deputy General Manager to lead a busy hospitality operation with a strong focus on guest experience, food & beverage, team development and commercial performance. About you
You are an experienced Deputy General Manager with a proven track record of leading large teams, developing managers and driving operational excellence within a quality hospitality environment. You are commercially aware, highly organised and confident managing all aspects of a hotel operation including rooms, food & beverage, guest satisfaction, labour control and financial performance. You lead from the front, create positive team cultures and are passionate about coaching and developing people to reach their full potential.
