Our client is a dynamic, fast-growing pub operator looking for an Area Manager to play a key role in their next phase of expansion. This is a highly autonomous role within a performance-driven yet genuinely supportive culture, perfect for someone who loves accountability, pace, and the freedom to make things happen.

What’s the role?

As Area Manager, you’ll take full ownership of a portfolio of managed pubs, driving both operational excellence and commercial performance across the region.

You will:

• Lead, support, and develop your management teams to ensure they feel stretched, motivated, and ready for progression.
• Build and maintain a robust succession plan that supports long-term growth.
• Own the P&L for your region, ensuring compliance, outstanding customer experience, and achievement of revenue and profit targets.
• Provide clear direction, coaching, and performance management, creating a culture where your teams thrive and deliver results.
