Project Coordinator - Hospitality Barnet – Office based £40k + Package

Are you an organised Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys keeping projects on track? We're recruiting for a growing hospitality business that's investing across its UK estate. With new openings, refurbishments and major capital projects underway, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy Projects team where you'll play a key role in delivering exciting projects from concept through to completion.

This is a fully office based role in Barnet, working Tuesday to Saturday.

As the hub of the Projects team, you'll coordinate multiple live projects, keeping documentation, trackers, reports and project plans up to date while working closely with contractors, consultants, landlords and internal stakeholders. You'll schedule meetings, monitor key milestones, chase outstanding actions and ensure projects continue to move forward on time.

We're looking for someone with at least two years' experience in a Project Coordinator, Project Administrator or Construction Coordinator role. You'll be highly organised, proactive and confident managing multiple priorities, with strong Microsoft Excel and Office skills. Experience within construction, hospitality, retail fit out, property or multi-site environments would be an advantage.
