What You’ll Be Doing:
- Accountable for the operational excellence and financial performance of a group of businesses across the region.
- Ensure a robust succession plan is in place while ensuring your team are stretched, motivated and ready to progress when opportunities arise.
- Manage the P&L of the Region, ensuring the highest standards of service compliance and that sales revenue targets are achieved and exceeded, putting the customer at the heart of everything.
