Following significant investment and growth plans, we're partnering with a fast-growing hospitality business preparing to launch a new QSR brand across the UK. As part of this exciting expansion, we're looking for an experienced Property Acquisition Manager to identify, secure and deliver new locations across Northern England, helping shape the future footprint of the business.
This is a hands-on acquisition role where you'll take ownership of the entire property lifecycle, from market mapping and site identification through to financial appraisal, lease negotiation and handover for opening.
We're looking to speak with individuals who have:
- Proven site acquisition, estates or property experience within QSR, hospitality, retail or multi-site businesses
- Strong understanding of location analysis, footfall, demographics, drive-thru opportunities and commercial site evaluation
- Experience negotiating Heads of Terms and managing landlord, agent and developer relationships
- The ability to build and manage a robust pipeline of on and off-market opportunities
- Strong commercial acumen with experience producing site appraisals, business cases and investment recommendations
