East Coast College is seeking a proactive Success Coach – Schools to lead engagement and transition activities across feeder schools and the wider community, raising aspirations and supporting learners to progress in their educational journey.
The role requires experience with young people and excellent communication, with a strong understanding of post-16 education pathways. This fixed-term post runs until 31 July 2028, at 37 hours per week, with a Band G salary.
