About Us
AdmissionPrep is a high-performance coaching company helping students take control of their post-secondary journey. We combine admissions expertise, goal-setting, and skill development to give students a competitive edge. This is a remote, flexible role. It is perfect for a student completing their master’s or PhD, someone looking for additional income beyond a full-time job, or someone seeking flexibility in their work life. You are paid per session, with performance-based bonuses tied to student results. Effective hourly rate between £23 to £27 per hour, depending on experience. We expect a minimum one-year commitment to your students. They are trusting you to see them through. In return, we are flexible with your schedule and availability, as long as you are consistent and committed. Must have completed a Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
The Role
- Guide students through UK-specific admissions timelines, deadlines, and decision-making.
- Support students with understanding UCAS, program selection, and entry requirements.
- Break down complex admissions requirements and simplify decision-making.
- Help students plan backwards from application deadlines and stay accountable.
- Build confidence and help students develop long-term success skills.
You will also:
- Use our tech platform and internal tools to track student progress.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a high-quality student experience.
- Continuously build and maintain expertise in UK universities, programs, admissions strategies, and requirements.

We Are Looking For Someone Who:
- Has a bachelor’s degree and/or is currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD.
- Has strong familiarity with the UK university admissions process, including UCAS.
- Loves working directly with students and helping them achieve meaningful results.

- Has direct experience with admissions advising, university counseling, or applying to UK universities.
- Has a proven record of achievement in academics, work, or leadership.
- Thrives in a structured, fast-moving environment with high expectations.
