We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Trainee Broker to join ADMIS Singapore Pte Ltd. This 18 to 24 months program is designed to equip you with essential skills and foundational knowledge to succeed in the role.
Reporting to the Associate Director, you will experience three rotations within or across ADMIS Singapore, gaining exposure to different aspects of our business. Upon completion, you will play a key role in acquiring and developing a strong client network, with a primary focus on the APAC region.
This is a customer-facing role that will require occasional work outside regular office hours to meet client and business needs.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and revenue growth.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and respond to client enquiries promptly.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify opportunities and develop strategies to expand sales.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by management.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; a background in Economics, Finance, Business, or related fields is advantageous.
- 1-2 years of experience in a service-oriented or client-facing role; prior experience in the financial industry is an advantage but not essential.
- Proactive, hands-on, and self-motivated, with a strong drive for success and continuous improvement.
- Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Independent thinker with the agility to adapt quickly to changing circumstances.
- Eager to learn, with a positive and professional attitude.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required.
