We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused Travel Executives to join our small but mighty Travel family, supporting customers at multiple points in their journey with us. As a Travel Executive, you will speak with customers across a range of travel insurance needs, from helping them purchase a new policy, supporting changes during the life of their cover, and assisting them as they approach renewal. Every conversation is an opportunity to deliver excellent service, provide clear information and achieve the right outcome for the customer.
What you’ll be doing:
- Handling inbound customer calls across new business, mid-term and renewals.
- Providing excellent customer service with every interaction, making sure customers feel listened to, supported and confident in the information they receive.
- Offering suitable products in line with Consumer Duty principles, ensuring customer needs are understood and good outcomes are achieved.
- Explaining policy information clearly and accurately, helping customers make informed decisions about their travel insurance.
- Logging and handling customer complaints appropriately, ensuring they are captured accurately and managed with care.
- Working towards department goals and contributing to the wider success of the Travel team.
- Playing an active role in sharing new ideas and suggestions that could positively impact our customers, our products and the way we work.
- Working as part of a supportive team that takes pride in doing the right thing for our customers and each other.
About you:
You do not need to know everything about travel insurance from day one — we will give you the training and support you need to feel confident. What matters most is that you are passionate about helping people, willing to learn and able to bring energy, care and professionalism to every customer conversation. You will be a great fit if you enjoy speaking to people, can stay calm and positive in a busy environment, and take pride in delivering service that makes a real difference. We are looking for individuals who are curious, reliable, adaptable and team-focused, with the flexibility to support our customers across a busy operation. You will be self-motivated to learn and develop, have excellent attendance and timekeeping, and be willing to take feedback on board as you build your knowledge and confidence. Most importantly, you will be ready to be part of a department that works hard, celebrates success and supports one another along the way.
Why join our Travel family?
Our Travel team is proudly based in Cardiff and has a brilliant balance of professionalism, personality and team spirit. We may be small, but we are mighty — we work hard, recognise great performance, reward effort and make time to celebrate together. If successful, you will join us on a full-time basis and, once fully trained, benefit from a hybrid working pattern. You will be welcomed into a supportive department where your contribution matters and where we are committed to delivering great outcomes for our customers while building a positive place to work.
